Fee Policy

 (FT) = Full Time any hours over 21                        (PT) = Part Time any hours under 21

  • St. John’s Lutheran Church families with one child enrolled full-time will receive a $10.00 a week discount off tuition.
  • St. John’s Lutheran Church families with more than one child enrolled full-time will receive a $20.00 a week discount off tuition.
  • We have the right to terminate care if tuition is not paid in full each week. A 24-hour notice will be given.
  • Payments can be mailed to St. John’s Child Development Center or dropped in the payment box near the office door.
  • We accept credit card, cash, check, and money order.
  • A late fee of $2.00 per minute will be charged after program closes.
  • No child should spend more than ten hours per day in the program. Extra hourly fees may be charged.
  • There is a $55.00 non-refundable registration fee per child upon enrollment in St. John’s CDC Programs.
  • There is a $35.00 re-registration fee per child annually due in September.
  • Tuition payment is due the first day your child attends St. John’s CDC for that week.
  • There will be a $25.00 fee for every week that tuition is past due. If tuition is not paid in full by the end of each week, St. John’s CDC has the right to refuse care to your child. Please contact the Director if payment is going to be late.
  • There is a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.
  • AT NO TIME WILL CHECKS OR CASH BE GIVEN TO STAFF MEMBER.
