2023-2024 Tuition Amounts

 

St. John's Lutheran Ministries Member: $2930

Non-Member: $4615

$100 non-refundable early enrollment tuition deposit due by March 31 & goes towards fall tuition. 

10% of the total tuition must be paid no later than the second Friday of the School Year. This year, it is 9/9/2022.

50% of Tuition due by January 31st  and 100% of Tuition due by June 2nd.

(Potential tuition increase anticipated annually.)

Monthly Payments:

12-month plan starting in July and ends June 2nd. 

11-month plan starting in August and ends June 2nd.

10-month plan starting in September and ends June 2nd.

Registration Fee for New Students

To register for a new school year there will be a $100.00 non-refundable tuition deposit per family. This fee will be applied to your family academic fees in the fall.

Tuition Assistance

It is not the intention of St. John's to deny any family a Lutheran education for their children, so we have some options to help with tuition.

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

St. John's Lutheran School participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP).  

The WPCP program gives parents the ability to send their child to a participating private or religious school tuition-free

St. John's Lutheran Ministries Tuition Assistance

St. John's Lutheran Ministries offers tuition assistance for families who apply by June 30th each year to help with the cost of tuition.

SCRIP is now Raise Rite

Through our Scrip Program, school families are able to earn credit towards school tuition while making day to day purchases!  If you have questions, feel free to contact our SCRIP Coordinator Catharine Daily in the church office @ (608) 742-9000. Free and Reduced Lunch

St. John's Lutheran School participates in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP.) The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) is a federally assisted meal program operating in public and nonprofit private schools and residential child care institutions. It provides nutritionally balanced, low-cost or free lunches to children each school day. The program was established under the National School Lunch Act, signed by President Harry Truman in 1946.

School Lunch will only be provided free through the Free & Reduced Lunch Program in the 23-24 School Year for qualified families.
