We model our school calendar on that of the Portage Public Schools so that our students who require busing have as little disruption to their schedule as possible. However, we will deviate from that schedule when needed for Lutheran Church events such as teachers' conferences, worship services, and other uniquely St John's celebrations.

Sycamore is St. John’s school management system. Through Sycamore, parents can monitor their child(ren)'s grades, access report cards, check the lunch menu, and keep track of tuition and hot lunch account balances.
The system also allow parents, teachers, and students to communicate both during and after school hours. Parents will be notified of school closings and other important information through this system.

As required by the Wisconsin Parental School Choice Program, St. John's is responsible for reporting student demographics and state test scores to the state. A link to those results, as published by the state, is linked below. However, due to the low number of Choice students in our program, those results mostly result in being Not Applicable (N/A).
