At Open Arms CDC, we believe that children are precious individuals who should always be treated as such. During the early years, children need a stimulating and loving environment that will provide them with experiences that will aid them in development to their full potential. While the home is the foremost and most influential instrument for early childhood education, Open Arms Child Development Center aids parents by providing a structured, Christian environment for learning and growing. Our school, congregation, staff and families together build a strong community. Open Arms CDC has been part of the Portage Community since 2001.
